Multi-timeframe check
First we read the 1-hour chart to see the bigger trend. Then we generate ideas on the shorter timeframe you picked (so they fit how you trade on Quotex).
How the 1H Filter Works
- • SMA Crossover: 50/200 SMA determines bullish or bearish trend
- • Price Position: Price above/below SMA confirms trend direction
- • Alignment Bonus: Signals aligned with 1H trend get +10 strength
- • Counter-Trend Filter: Weakens or blocks signals against strong 1H trend
Trending vs chopping
We use ADX to see if price is marching in a direction or bouncing in a range. That changes how strict we are before calling UP or DOWN.
ADX > 25. Momentum strategies work best. Trade in trend direction.
ADX < 25. Mean-reversion preferred. Buy oversold, sell overbought.
ADX Calculation
Measures 14-period price movements to determine trend strength. Values above 25 indicate a trending market, below 20 suggest ranging conditions.
Session-aware tuning
London and New York usually move faster; Asia is often calmer. We nudge thresholds so signals match the real rhythm of the day, not a one-size-fits-all rule.
Momentum strategies work best. Trend following rewarded. Higher accuracy during overlap.
Mean-reversion preferred. Range trading works better. JPY and AUD pairs may be more active.
Higher confidence threshold required. Fewer trading opportunities but less noise.
When indicators agree
A signal only appears when several checks line up. The more that agree, the higher the strength % you see on the card.
